Direct Selling Agent Commission
- Problem Statement: Bank has to pay the commission to vendors (DSA) if loan amount is disbursed to any customer through the DSAs. Bank defines commission rules on monthly basis based on interest rate, loan amount, etc. Audit team needs to check and ensure that whether commission was paid as per defined rules or not.
- Rule based – Uploaded loans data and defined rules master and we have automated commission reconciliation and provided the anomalies of particular loan account.
- ML Driven – Applied K-means algorithm with multiple clusters, which gave us PCA (principal components). Based on PCA analysis, we identified the outliers and anomalies
